What is Vision Insurance?​

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

• Eligibility: Full-Time employees working 20 or more hours a week, bus drivers working 15 or more hours a week, spouse, and children (up to age 26)

• Coverage provided by Eyemed

• Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service

• No waiting periods or late entrant penalties
